Overview
Programme description:
Theoretical training and individual research activity in one of the following scientific areas in vivo and/or in vitro: Horticultural biology, Ornamental plants and dendrology, Medicinal and aromatic plants, Fruit bearing plants, Viticulture, Vegetables and cultivated fungi, Horticultural plant medicine. The research may include open field works, climatic chamber and greenhouse activities, laboratory work both in phytochemical lab and/or molecular biological lab.
Entry requirements:
MSc degree in Agriculture, Biology or related sciences, min. B2 exam level of English language. Previous research activity is necessary. It can be documented by a publication, conference participation, project work documents, etc. It is highly advisable that the research topic is discussed and agreed with one of our supervisors in advance.

Entrance exam description:
During the assessment, the emphasis is on the analysis of preliminary research activities and publications. There will be an online interview with the selected ones, during which the motivation, professional background and language skills of the students will be examined.
